"Staff were helpful and friendly, answered all of my many questions. They were available throughout the day. Room was clean upon arrival. We were given a briefing of the property at check-in and a listing of things to do in the surrounding area. The outdoor grills also worked well. We have stayed at this resort each of the 3 times that my family has gone to Door County since 2018 and it has always been extremely pleasant."

"Breakfast was the drawing card here. Its a great continental spread in the coziest decor! Awesome outdoor pool. One minor thing was a very small TV. My 2 roommates like to watch movies at night. We also had to move the sofa bed so at night the open bed didn't block the path to the bathroom but we managed. Would stay here again YES!"

"Lovely property with a very welcoming manager and lots of nice amenities--sauna, pool, hot tub, and two fire pits, and lovely grounds. This is lovely place to stay, especially with children!"

"We enjoyed the hot tub plus indoor and outdoor pools. The room was clean and very functional. Convenient location in Egg Harbor too! A nit, but the drip-stop mechanism in the coffee maker did not work and made a mess the first time we made coffee. A bit expensive but par for the course in high season."

"Scandinavian Lodge was a perfect location to explore Door County. We rented a 2-bedroom, 2-bath suite. It had a full kitchen, dining table with 6 chairs. A recliner, sofa bed, swivel rocker, coffee table and fireplace. A door went out from the living room to a patio with a picnic table. One bedroom's door went out to a patio with two chairs. The larger shower had a seat. With two pools; one outside, one inside it was perfect for families. They also had a small arcade. They supplied paper...

"I've always loved the location just on the edge of Fish Creek and at the entrance to the Peninsula State Park. Over the last 15+ years we have stayed here at least 10 times and find it to be consistently comfortable, welcoming and affordable. Very family friendly with a nice indoor pool area and an outdoor pool as well as a small video arcade and small exercise room. Sadly, they have eliminated their light breakfast offering and don't even offer coffee until 0730 other than the coffee pot in...

"This was not a luxury resort. Room option (a 2 bedroom with 2 baths was a plus) but that was about it. Staff at the front desk (especially the morning person) not very friendly. Room needed more than daily/quick cleaning as there was a LOT of dust, spiders and even bird poop on the patio furniture. Finally, cheap single ply toilet paper? Seriously, that doesn’t even belong in a pit toilet!"
