"We had a great time how ever upon checking in the front desk told us because we booked through expedia it showed the room was available on a certain day and it was not. Luckily the manager stepped in and saved my ass and took us for the extra day we had booked. But other than that everything was fine."

"I could hear noise from the fourth floor in my room from the pool by pool until 11 PM otherwise everything was excellent"

"Hello, I stayed one night with my wife in this hotel and the truth is that it was terrible. I arrived at 11 in the morning, they told me that the room would be ready by 3 and that's fine because that's the normal check-in time. I arrived at 3:20 and they told me that the room wasn't ready yet. I started to ask them how it was possible that the room wasn't ready. In the end, they gave me one, but the person who attended me at the counter was in a bad mood, a person who didn't even apologize and had no interest in making me feel good. After that, I stayed in any number of hotels and they asked me for documents of all kinds. In this hotel, they charged a higher deposit than in other hotels and much better hotels. It's weird. The room wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either, and that's all."
