"I didn't actually stay east cliff as it was shut but I was not informed of this. A note was posted on the door that told me to go to the hotel next door. The man who checked me in seemed very overwhelmed and very little information about anything. My room was incredibly hot throughout my stay. I fed back about this numerous times but nobody cared. I couldn't sleep because it was so hot and was unable to turn the radiators down. I was advised to open the window but was on the ground floor and even though there were cables they could have been easiy cut and as a woman travelling alone I didn't want to do this. Lots of police and people hanging around near the hotel so didn't feel super staff. Really didn't enjoy this stay. It was pretty awful all round. Room very tired, spelt moldy. "
"We had a lovely room overlooking the beach. Huge bed, beautiful view, and the room was modern and clean. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again."
"Friendly welcome, we arrived early, safely left car and went for a wander around Lyme Regis. Our room was clean and tidy with a lovely bathroom. Breakfast - we have had better - service was a little slow (only 2 staff and 1 was providing room service) and food was average at best. Swimming pool & jacuzzi were great - you effectively booked for your private pool."
"Lovely hotel, bit dated in areas but that wasn't a problem to us.
No complaints about our room.
All the staff were very friendly.
We enjoyed our evening meals at the hotel, breakfast could be improved slightly.
Great location also an added bonus was the car park underneath the hotel."
