"When I checked in I was allocated a room in the annex of the main hotel and felt a little disappointed. On arrival to the room I was really pleased. Beautifully decorated room, lovely luxurious bathroom and very comfortable. The room had a double bed and thought I had booked a twin. "The Junior Suite is an excellent room. Very spacious. Bar meals are excellent and staff were friendly and were working really hard. Water pipes can be a bit noisy at around 5am..but that's a little thing against a lovely room, good shower and clean hotel. The spa is good. The steam room and sauna are just average size and can get full. The hotel is lovely and a great place to stay. Good for visiting Coventry and Leicester and the surrounding areas. "Excellent location. Close to city, Tigers ground and theatre. Professional welcome on reception. The room was comfortable and spacious. Heating instructions were useful.
