"This is a great wee place to stay if you are stopping off or looking for some cheap and quick. The staff were amazing and super helpful. And offer use of the kitchen if I wanted to make some food. Honestly amazing! Also offered to make up a wee bag for breakfast as I was leaving early! I managed to get something before I left. Only thing I’ll say, the room could do a with a little TLC, the shower doors don’t close properly, the door handle is loose and the curtains need fixed slightly, but...

"The room is old and carpet feels like dusty. Would be better if the furniture is renewed and the lighting is brighter. "

"Nice corner room with two beds, ample space for two and mattress is comfortable! Very prime central location, only con was our room wasn’t ready even when it was check-in time. They did offer us a hot drink while we waited and it’s probably because the check out is 12pm. They have a billiards table in the lobby as well. Would recommend! "

"The Bank House was tucked away in a neighborhood. Not your typical hotel accommodation. Kind of a cross between a hotel and AirBnB. Private parking available. Upon arrival, had to ring the bell for someone to greet you and let you in. This and checkout were really the only times we had contact with staff. Room was quite large and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. One of the most during our 12 day stay in Scotland. Bathroom with plenty of room. However, the toilet required a below...

"Lovely spot above a beautiful historic pub. Was plenty quiet enough, and the family room provided plenty of space and privacy for us. Staff was lovely and helpful. Do note that there is not a lift/elevator and that all rooms are up at least one flight of stairs in case you have mobility issues. Would definitely stay here again!"
