"Incredibly happy with the location and the staff was amazing. We had a terrible experience at a neighboring Hotel and the staff was incredibly accommodating. They allowed us to view the room before we checked in. Amazing customer service and VERY clean!"

"Very dirty. Mold on the ceiling. Our sink faucet was not even seal to the counter. The bunk bed was broke. Sheets had stains. Two bath towels for a room for 4 people. King and 2 twin bunk beds."

"I loved it here. The staff were wonderful. The room was clean but had a man’s after smells I’d prefer it to smell like it was just cleaned but maybe the cleaner had strong cologne on. Idk but either way the bed was very comfortable, the pillows were so soft, check out times are available for extension ($$) and I love that option. If I can choose to stay here every time I travel here for work, I will. Thank you Hilton for a great stay."

"Positive: Staff was friendly. Grab and go breakfast had nice variety and was fresh. You can exchange used towels for fresh at the front desk. Concerns: room wreaked from pesticides/chemicals upon check in late at night - causing severe headache. Had we not been exhausted from all day travels, we would not have stayed! Husband fell asleep as soon as we arrived, so changing hotels was not an option. We mentioned the strong pesticide odor to staff members and they apologized. Floor in kitchen...

"Our room was handicap accessible, which we weren't told before staying. Shower was hard to operate and when floor got wet was very slippery. Room was small and air conditioner loud. Breakfast was not good. Staff was friendly and courteous."

"I had to go to the cart and get cleaning solution and cloth to wipe furniture down as there were finger prints and marks. The cleaning person watched me. Staff was ok I thought there was complimentary breakfast however the lady told me it was a buffet for the team that works there. If guests want breakfast they have to order. I brought two protein bars from convenient shop inside hotel. $4 dollars each. I just sat by the pool in early hours of the morning. I didn’t like my hotel room it...

"This place was beautiful & amazing!! The staff treat you sooo good,!! The amenities are top notch!! We had such a great time & the place was fancy,we felt like royals! Fresh baked free cookies,complimentary breakfast was out of this world!! Dinner was amazing!! All around GREAT EXPERIENCE!! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!! GREAT JOB TO EVERYONE WHOM WORKS THERE!!"

"I needed to be close to FSU, so the location was perfect. I didn’t like having to pay an extra $25/day for parking though. As a woman staying alone, it didn’t feel super safe waking through a back alley from the garage. I also had a safety concern because anybody can walk in the hotel and take the elevator to any floor because the elevator doesn’t require a key card to do so. My room wasn’t cleaned, bed not made, shower not cleaned, but the towels were replenished. Also, the AC had to be lowered...
