"Excellent location with easy access and plenty of parking. The staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. The lobby, hallways, room, and bathroom were all exceptionally clean and fresh. One feature I really appreciated was the generous number of wall hooks in both the room and bathroom, they made the stay much more convenient. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I would gladly stay here again."

"Its an ok property. Breakfast is not included and somehow I missed that when booking. There were missed cleaning opportunities, such as the walls in bathroom. For a two night stay we were only supplied with one towel each for the whole stay. There wasn't a freezer for ice packs, so had to use ice machine, another thing possibly overlooked when booking. Although it wasn't cheap, its definitely a low budget kind of stay."

"Pretty large hotel with very business -like feel in a town that has seen better days. I would say it’s the best choice if you need to stay in Southbridge. Hallway not vacuumed although our room was clean and A/C worked well. Only stayed one night and the front desk gave us a room with the WORST view possible of the dirty rooftop over the pool. We had no view actually."

"Overall the hotel was great. Location is ok. When we were there is was fairly crowded because there was a big baseball game going on. Parking was nice, breakfast was ok, although the breakfast area was a bit small. Our only complain would be the pillows . They were super soft, with no neck support whatsoever. Overall we would definitely stay there again, but next time we bring our own pillows."

"Breakfast host & server was amazing. Only drawback was breakfast items were at times limited, however, she went above & beyond to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. Only issue with my stay was two nights prior to leaving, a fight between a family at happened late at night in a room across mine. This occurred well after quiet observation hours which starts approximately 10 PM. This occurred after 11 PM at night, however, the incident died down after about 20 minutes of yelling, screaming and doors slamming. Planned to sleep earlier as I had to get up early the next morning."
