"Pretty large hotel with very business -like feel in a town that has seen better days. I would say it’s the best choice if you need to stay in Southbridge. Hallway not vacuumed although our room was clean and A/C worked well. Only stayed one night and the front desk gave us a room with the WORST view possible of the dirty rooftop over the pool. We had no view actually."

The staff was friendly and welcoming, and I especially appreciated being able to check in late without any issues. "Excellent location with easy access and plenty of parking. The staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. The lobby, hallways, room, and bathroom were all exceptionally clean and fresh. One feature I really appreciated was the generous number of wall hooks in both the room and bathroom, they made the stay much more convenient. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I would gladly stay here again."

"Its an ok property. Breakfast is not included and somehow I missed that when booking. There were missed cleaning opportunities, such as the walls in bathroom. For a two night stay we were only supplied with one towel each for the whole stay. There wasn't a freezer for ice packs, so had to use ice machine, another thing possibly overlooked when booking. Although it wasn't cheap, its definitely a low budget kind of stay."
