The elevator broke on the last day. Felt bad for housekeeping and the handicapped. Had an incident with front desk clerk that told us to keep our two year old grandson quiet because she could not concentrate. He was excited to see us but was not misbehaving. He’s only a baby!!!! She had the nerve to say that to us, but yet...

"Worst experience I ever had at a hotel staff was extremely rude. Can't even take a bath because the hallways flood found a adult toy in my drawer wouldn't even let me stay an extra 10 minutes after checkout time to wait on my ride, an absolute overall awful stay. The only person that was nice in there, was Dylan he needs a raise "

"The knob on the microwave was broken. The water on the bathroom wouldn't turn off all the way. The door wouldn't shut all the way. And the " Free" breakfast was a joke there was a waffle maker but no mix or much of anything. It was a very sad experience "

"parking was OK and room was clean. When we checked in the 2nd time, first time room was not ready, was told they had a broken water pipe so did not have water for a few hours. around midnight some one was gunning their car to make it back fire and then around 2:15 AM some men decided to chat in the hall way till around 3AM. So did not have a very restful sleep "

"The room was extremely outdated. There was mold in the bathroom, the bathroom door was filthy. The handle for the shower almost fell off. Had to hold it in place to make it work. Although the room had a refrigerator microwave, the refrigerator was making a lot of noise, never used the microwave so I don’t know if it worked or not. The hairdryer was an electrical hazard.
