"While the room was clean, but the door didn’t seal tight. You could see the light from the hallway all around the door. the floors near and in the elevator were really dirty. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was adequate. They had scrambled eggs, sausage,Waffles, and bread items etc… For one night, it was ok. In my opinion, The Newport area seemed a little sketchy."

"The room was very nasty. Towels had stains on them. The sheets also had stains on them. I only booked one and left in the middle of the night because i couldn't go to sleep becuase of how nasty and dirty the rooms was. I will never stay here again. Dusty 4 inches thick everywhere. Mold growing on walls under the counter. The lobby looked amazing and super clean. The rooms were not. "

"The rooms are a little outdated. However the staff was very friendly. Overall we had a good stay there. We stayed 3 nights. The bed was comfortable and rooms were quiet. They could be cleaned a little better. Would stay there again."

"The room was worth what I paid but I’m convinced that the top comforter on the bed definitely does not get washed between stays the comforter in our room had small holes. And it was blonde hair left through out the room the hotel rooms are in need of a deep cleaning. My fridge did not get cold. My bathroom Tub would not drain and when we reported it we were given an apology and plunger to fix it. But overall we didn’t pay much to stay for one night so it was worth what we paid I guess.
