"Room clean. Towels thick, white and fluffy.
Staff really nice and food in the Kailyard restaurant was excellent. Only downside was there was a problem with the heating so we were cold for the first 24 hours, but small heaters everywhere and engineers dealt with it"

"I went at the end of season but car park with the hostel was available and easy access.
Room was en-suite which I wasn't expecting for a hostel but made the stay so much easier and hospitable.
a large group staying there at same time but no noise from them, made an enjoyable stay"

"Had a lovely stay at this hotel with very friendly staff. We had the Bruce suite which was very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed a hearty breakfast before leaving also.
Only complaint was the sealant round the shower had a substantial amount of black mould."
