"Apparently a staff member called out for work. I'm assuming it was the person in charge who kept complaining to any employee within earshot about this person calling out. Offended she had blocked her call. This person obviously needed the day off for personal reasons and did not want to take your call harrassing her to come in anyway. And as a guest, I definitely didn't need to hear about the situation through my entire breakfast. Unprofessional."

"We had a great stay. Our room was clean & had everything that we needed. All staff that we interacted with were very friendly & helpful. It was in a great location, offering many options for fun & dining. "

"This place was a gem. Yeah, the furniture in the lobby was worn, but the room was in good shape, was clean, the staff was fabulous, and the breakfast was excellent (e.g., eggs, sausage, etc. + powdered sugar and sprinkles for the waffles). Plus they had an indoor pool and hot tub, which was a win for the kids. Best value for the money we’ve seen in a long time!!!"
