"Very rude staff - Even with a handicapped person who accompanied me. Terrible security staff services and front desk staff. Even being a Hilton honor and platinum Expedia : no recognition. Really a pity for a Hilton hotel, even more at the airport. Will file an official complaint. Thanks."

"The hotel needs a facelift. It is very old, smelt bad due to old carpet. We tried to open the window for fresh air but we could not. Lucky that we stayed only one night as layover for our early flight next morning. We would not come back to this hotel."

"I was most impressed with the Shuttle service to and from the airport. We chose this location because we didn't want to rent a car. The Shuttle runs 24/7 to your gate. We had a fantastic view of the city from our room overlooking the harbor. The water taxi comes right up to the dock at the hotel. It carried us across the harbor to the New England Aquarium. From there, it was a short 5 minute walk to the city trolleys. The food at the hotel restaurant was very good. Our favorite was the Lobster...
