"We had to ask for another room. That room was filthy. The curtains were hanging off the windows, TV didn't work, the roomed had stains everywhere. The second room had stains and old garage in the closet."

"It was cost effective but..... cleanliness was a major concern. Chairs in room were stained, comforter was soiled, questioned if fresh sheets were used, pillows need replacement, bathroom needed upkeep. For a non smoking room, air freshener would help. Hallways were too dark in daylight."

"Had a great stay at Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Dover! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient. Excellent value for the price — I would definitely stay here again."

"The best thing about this place is it's just off the highway and close to many restaurants. It is also only about 10 miles from the Cape May Ferry. The place has a run down and tired feel about the place. The grass hadn't been mowed yet this season and the pool had just a couple feet of green water in the bottom and hasn't been cleaned and filled yet for the season. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but there was the strong smell of a cheap car air freshener in the room. We opened the window and left for a few hours, it was much better when we returned. Overall it is what it is, a clean bed for the night. "

"What amenities? Bottle of water. As a Marriott Bonvoy elite level person you get nothing if you go through a third party. I get the “no points” but it doesn’t even show up in your account."

"No complaints about the hotel. However big issue with hotels.com misrepresenting the room. On the hotels.com website the room was listed as sleeping 4 adults. The description said the room had a king size bed with a pullout sofa bed and that free rollaways were available. I booked the room for three adults. When I arrived I discovered the room had no sofa bed and that the hotel did not have rollaways."
