"When we arrived to check in, the valet was nowhere in site. I had to double park, unload and hunt down the valet who was inside the hotel serving double duty as the bellman. He was very friendly, but it was frustrating that the valet was not outside. After a long drive into the city, we needed to use the restroom and were sent upstairs where of the 5 stalls, none had toilet paper, and there was just a single roll on the sink counter. "The staff was awesome! Everyone frim frint desk to cleaning was very friendly and helpful. The bunk bed room was very small with no fridge. However, the room was very clean. The shared bathrooms were kept very clean. I would stay here again. The location was an easy walk to the E, F, and 6 train on 3rd Ave. Also had the Lexington Ave Stop available as well. The roof deck was very relaxing and peaceful."
