"I am not sure how this hotel got awarded 3.5 starts. It’s trashy, outdated and housekeeping is non existent. We changed three rooms before we got into a decent one. There is no attention to detail. Everything looks cheap, furniture and floors are scratched. Bedding was the worst. No one slept well during our stay there, simply because the mattress was old and uneven, pillows were bumpy and firm. Oh, and our toilet was making very loud noises so we had to turn the water off for the night. It was...

"The host communicated wonderfully from the time I booked until I checked out. The property was perfect for our needs and located in a beautiful part of town. The interior was spacious, and the patio was especially lovely—unfortunately, it was too cold for us to fully enjoy it. The home was very clean and well equipped with thoughtful extras that made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again."

"Great stay! A couple blocks from Empire State and all the main sites in the city. In room heater made it so nice to set our own temperature during cold weather. Nice clean bathroom, kitchen with dishes, a pull out table all made this very convenient. On check out day we were able to store our luggage at the reception which was so helpful. Overall highly recommend this cute nyc apartment!! We stayed there with our kids and it was very safe and kid friendly."

"DO NOT STAY!!!!!! AWFUL!!!! It was not clean - bathroom felt grimy and disgusting. The heater made loud banging noises all night long The bed is ROCK HARD. The walls are so thin you hear absolutely everything including every noise outside - it was in the most unsafe area with drunks and drugged up homeless people all over who grabbed my suitcase from me when I tried to leave.
