"The hotel is attached to Grand Central Station which made it extremely convenient to use public transit. Everything appeared to be clean and the room size wasn’t too small for our family of 4. We stayed 4 nights and appreciated the comfortable beds after a long day of walking around the city. It would be better if the lobby was cozier and the lights were on outside the hotel entrance. Not sure why all the lights were off. The bathroom was tiny and the depth of the sink was shallow so every time I went to wash my face, the water spilled over onto the floor."

"The check in time should be the first announcement when someone is picking this hotel, but they did help me out in getting in by 12:30 instead of 3pm so thank you guys. The breakfast is pretty pricy but it’s healthy and hot so it’s worth it. The food in after hours is great and the bar is kind and friendly. 5 stars guys"
