"We stayed at this Best Western on June 8-9 and selected the property because of its convenient location near Highway 401 after flying into Toronto Pearson, as well as the pool for our children.
While there were positives, including a good breakfast with plenty of options and friendly staff, our stay was overshadowed by two significant safety concerns.
The pool deck was extremely slippery. Both of my children slipped multiple times while walking around the pool area, and my youngest daughter...

"I accidentally left my jewelry there and called nack asking them to hold my room without cleaning until I got there. I returned in about an hour and a half, they had a cleaner in there who had found the case my jewelry was in, but mysteriously my $5000 rings were missing (but not my inexpensive earrings). "I enjoyed my stay at One King West. My room was quiet and well insulated against noise, the beds were very comfortable, the space to work was well organized with a real office chair. There was a kitchenette that I did not use, but could be convenient. It was ackward to hang clothes in the kitchen, but there are drawers under the tv. The bathroom was very clean and there was good water pressure. Check in and check out were smooth and quick. Internet was a little slow, but was good enough to work....

"The suite was absolutely beautiful, spacious and super clean; it looked just like the photos online. Staff is very friendly. Beautiful hotel and awesome location. Hotel doesn't have parking but there's a good parking garage right across the street. Didn't have a chance to use the amenities o and didn't have breakfast or dinner there but the lobby was very cozy and nice. Would definitely stay again!"
