"Upgraded room since no breakfast was available. Heater/AC was about 8’ high - had to stand on chair to get it going (my problem was I have “MS”). Toilet water tank ran all night. Room was “updated” but hallway was not. We may have been the only one staying there (?). Not comfortable staying there."
