"This hotel is a wonderful spot in the middle of shops and restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful; the rooms are top notch and even have a handcrafted soap “menu” and pillow menu if you have specific preferences. I would highly recommend it!"

Would be nice if a small window AC can be added to the living room . After several reminders the host gave me a tiny portable fan ! That was not effective at all😐"

"The web site bills it as pet-friendly, I chose them specifically because I had a dog. But when I got there, I found I was supposed to say in advance I had a pet, as they had a limited number of rooms for pets. To be fair, this was through Expedia, but it seems like this could have been a little clearer. I had to wait an extra 10 minutes for someone who had the ability to assign me a pet room. The mattress was not the greatest, but everything else was fine. The location was perfect for my needs....
