"Room was clean. Toilet bowl cover had to be moved in order to flush. There were abandoned cars and homeless people living in the parking lot. I had to leave my ID in exchange to use the iron and board - and I had to go get it and walk it back… super weird. The lobby was closed to guests, so just a walk up window from the parking lot. If staff is scared, makes me feel unsafe. The AC unit in the room was damaged, and the heater didn’t work - I was freezing. The phone was ripped out of the wall, so...

"Not ideal given the area but amenities for our stay were limited. Staff was not very warm or attentive. Beds were comfortable and clean. Our toilet was not functioning properly and our shower water was initially brown when we tried having showers. Not a great property unless you need an immediate place to stay."

"Clean room. Had a few people being loud at night and running around but Front office dealt with it other than that we always stay here staff is always polite. And can’t forget the view as well as have that bike/walking trail literally across the street. Highly recommend."

"If you’re looking for a cheap alternative, this is the place. It’s in a great area with lots of restaurants and nightlife. But when it comes to the motel, very poor service. I was there for four days three nights with three family members and we only had two towels to shower.
