"Property is a quaint property right in the middle of town. It is very clean and perfect if you’re visiting Cary . One negative was their claim to have a delicious Sunday brunch, but our experience was that the brunch was just average at best."

"Extremely disappointed with this hotel. The management oversold the rooms, and when my brother arrived, he was told there was no room available despite having a confirmed reservation. This created unnecessary stress and completely disrupted our plans. The staff was unhelpful, unsympathetic, and offered no reasonable solution for a problem they caused. A reservation should guarantee a room, and it's unacceptable for a hotel to sell more rooms than they can accommodate. I would not stay here again...

"The room is very nice. I wish the tv had streaming services available. The shower only has a half door which makes it cold. I am a little concerned because they take a deposit and they said when I checked out it would be refunded but it has been 4 days and it is still in my charges."

"We didn't stay in the room too much after our original crashout; However, I can say this... I ALWAYS do a quick tear down of the room just to make sure I'm not going to bring back any little critters that have no place in my things! Everything was crisp white for linens and towels, and the rest of the room was clean & hard surfaces were sanitized!
We had just driven 14½ hours straight through - stopping only for fuel and fast meal!!
However, not knowing if we were going to be able to pull off...
