"The hotel is beautiful and in a great location to walk to restaurants and coffee shops around the town square. The beds were very comfortable. Most staff were very helpful. The evening maintenance man Andre went above and beyond to try to get the outdoor fire pit working and then got a heat lamp running instead when the fire pit didn't come on. The check in person however was on.the phone for at least 10 minutes while several.people were waiting in line to check in without even acknowledging...

"This place made for a great stay for a family members wedding that was right around the corner. The price was right compared to some other hotels that were in the area especially during early June which seems to be peak vacation time in the wine country in that area. "The tv did not work and the thermostat did not work. We complained the first night and the staff said they would take care of the complaints. That. Ever happened. Even on check out we asked for a partial credit. We have not heard a thing. Would not recommend this place. Not even coffee in the lobby."
