"Check in was through a creepy window and on top of that they require a cash deposit. So had to go down the street to get cash then come back. They also couldn’t place me in a ground level room even though I placed it for easier access since I have a torn ligament. They still denied me a first floor room. Room was fine, desperately needs a remodel especially with the prices. The beginning of my stay it was only supposed to be me but things changed and my partner ended up staying over with me...

"The worst two nights of my life in a hotel ever! Our room was over the bar (not identified anywhere during reservations). Music and partying until 4 am. Zero sleep. Second night, the shared balcony had drunk party-ers right outside door until 2 am. Walls and ceilings so thin we heard everything…. And I do mean everything!! This hotel used to be a nice place that is so convenient to the jetty. We loved staying there for the convenience in the past. Never again!!! I will give up the...

"The staff and the location was amazing. Walking distance to the beach and eateries. The points taken away are from the upkeep of the property. Doors rusted, and the phone did not work in our room. It may have been because the hallway power was out and there was no lights. The railing on the balcony was loose so be careful if you lean on it. In closing, the staff belongs at the Biltmore, and the facility needs to be built more. There were lots of patrons while we were there, so the inconveniences...

"Loved everything about our stay but I think as far as breakfast to have something everyone eats, CHICKEN…I don’t eat red meat or pork and I’m sure there are others that don’t as well so chicken patties or turkey patties would be best option for feeding all people . Again besides that everything was amazing"

"Glass all over pool back area an in pool edge went and told front desk who said maintenance would be there 3 hrs later no one showed no apologies no conversation nothing place is very runned down smells funny room was not great definitely not a hotel that should be charging 130 a night jaccuzzi not working not even water level and outside bathroom was filthy"
