We stayed one night in April and the AC did keep the room cool for us! The rooms have a keurig and coffee as well as a refrigerator and an ice bucket. The shower could have been a little more clean but overall we enjoyed our stay! Amanda at the front desk moved us to the ocean side which we appreciated!

The A/C worked fine. I realize that it is an older hotel but, attention to cleaning in the rooms and focus on the outside area is needed. The curtains needed serious cleaning. The small light on the nightstand had a scorch on the shade. Replacing that is a must. The beds were comfortable and made up nicely. Cleaning the baseboards in the room was needed. The TV would turn off in the middle of a show. Could not watch any programs. The staff were very nice. The phone in the room did not work. That was an inconvenience because for the issues we were having we had to go down to the office.

There was mold and mildew throughout the room. Room was filthy. Baseboards were dirty and had mold. Curtains had mold and looked like a blood stain. Checked in late in the day and decided to check out the next day. The counter person told me no problem. When I checked out they said no refund. I had a 5 day reservation. Called Expedia because they took my money and was told there was nothing they could do.so lm out 500$ I have pictures of everything.

Hidden fees when we checked in!!!!!!!! I had 2 reservations the first one I was told I had to pay a "destination fee" then when I argued it's a hidden fee they dropped the issue. Now my second reservation was because our condo couldn't be ready for a nother couple days so we just stayed where we were. I went downstairs to office to explain and they refused to let us stay unless we paid a "destination fee". I emailed expedia with no help on the issue. The floors were kinda dirty the shower made God awful noises the patio door barely worked but it's in a great location and it's quite for the most part. If you have other options in the price range I would stay elsewhere. Also in 7 days they didn't clean our room or take out trash. We did it ourselves after multiple attempts trying to get them to service the room. Location is the only reason it gets 2 stars.

Location is perfect but nobody informed about the beach and the pier in the pictures was closed due to an erosion problem .. so we could not enjoy the days as expected .. we had to drive to spy beach one day which is not what we want to do .. your Expedia pictures are not updated to recent months .. !

First of all, the pictures shown are not updated, the hotel says and shows a common area with tables and TV...that is non existent, it was removed after COVID. If you want this hotel bevause of the direct access to the beacj dont book it, the access is closed...there is no beach walking distance from the hotel. Because there is erosion...no sand at the beach and the city is doing some renovations until May. When I called the hotel before my due date to cancel to ask for chair and access to the beach nobody told me it was closed. The TV in oir room was not working, they said the internet connection in that room gives trouble, so we could not watch TV. The last night of our stay we noticed thatnthe door of our room did not closed properly...you can open it just by pushing it. Cannot complain about the staff , they where really nice and the hotel was clean...a little rusty...needs some care but it was clean. I could not cancel because they still will charge me.
the closest beach access...at the end of the trail you just go stright into the water...no sand to walk or sit.

This property is in terrible condition. The doors are rusty, the parking lot is in shambles, the paint is chipping off. It is musty and dingy. The staff were kind and pleasant.

The property was not as described on the website. The bathroom had a leaky faucet. The sheets on the bed felt like cardboard on your skin. The balcony was so small you could barely fit two people, and the chairs were so old and rusted you were sitting on metal which was so uncomfortable. We couldn’t stay outside. The refrigerator was so old it barely kept the bottles of water I put in at a cold temperature. The Internet was up and down the whole night so we couldn’t watch TV. There was one nightstand lamp, which did not have an on off switch so the only way to use it was to tighten and loosen the lightbulb.Upon checkout, I complained to the individual behind the desk and she laughed in my face and said, “oh well”. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company.

I had to ask for towels when I went into room. The view was okay I saw the ocean but no beach. It was just an okay hotel for the night and the price was reasonable.

Breakfast, bathroom corners in floors! Just not what we were expecting! Especially a charge of $50.00 a night to have a room overlooking the pool. We ask for that when reservations were made. I realize we book it through Expedia but, didn’t get what we ask for! Plus, a charge of $250.00 cancellation fee and another $250.00 for some other reason! It took approximately 1+ hours to cancel! Never, never use Expedia or any other 3rd party for booking!!! Also explained it was our Anniversary.

The hotel is dated but somewhat clean. 1st night there walked down to beach and it was closed. Just went down from there. Cutains are half up and down, wont open like they should. Furniture is very uncomfortable and hard. Bed is super soft. Probably memory foam that needs replaced. We both have cpap machines and only outlet was behind the bed had to reorganize the room. Walked around room with socks which were white but are grey now. Tv is a ruku so internet based and wasnt working. Called front desk to get voicemail. Went to sleep. Got up to take shower next day for a cockroach on shower curtain. Hair dryer stopped working. As we left for day stopped by front desk and told them hair dryer replaced but Tv still not working. No other bugs sited. Left the next day. Staff was nice and appreciated gift card but nothing I could use with it as it was to a smoke, vape, gift store.
