Room not clean, no opening window as reported on web site, climate control in room non functional, tv not working on arrival (resolved). Scenic setting, comfortable beds, quality towels. Staff attentive and friendly, grab n go area well stocked."

"The Room was Dirty, stains on the pillows, The floors were attrochious. And why Charge a $500 smoking fee, when the room looks like it was never cleaned properly. I will NOT BE RECOMMENDING THIS HOTEL IN THE FUTURE "

"Room was not like the pictures. Don’t trust that. It’s similar but walls and everything was just dirty. Didn’t trust a single surface. *end of night came around I lock my door and then had to run out. Guess what I couldn’t.* I was locked in my room! The metal of the door was bent and wedged and left me stuck in the room. Thankfully a friend was able to rescue me. But needless to say I left shortly after that."

"Only negative comments are the rooms feel warehouse-y and are very echoey. You can clearly hear people in the hallway. And at some point the elevator carpet smelled like feet. Not sure if I just got used to it or if they cleaned it during my stay. Besides those things it was a fine stay. A little overpriced ($140 for a Sunday night) imo."

"We got in late evening - tired so had dinner in the lounge - it was very good - fast and friendly staff. Very personable and made us feel very comfortable. Room was clean and perfect for our needs - staying one night."
