Downtown West hotel guide. Best Western hotel in Downtown West, Minneapolis - St. Paul

"The hotel is great and our stay was pleasant. Our room was clean but the shower tub wasn't. It has to be deep cleaned along with the shower walls. We were on 9th floor and wanted ice in the middle of the night and had to either go to 7th or 12th floor for that since there is no ice in every floor. Last thing we noticed was that they don't clean the room every day. They do it every three days unless you request with 24 hours in advance. We will come back! Thanks"

"It’s all about location, price, friendly staff and comfortable room for me. Breakfast is prepackaged items, but at least a little something to start the day. Second time staying here and will again."

"The hotel over booked rooms so we had to settle for a smaller bed that didn't work for us after I had already prepaid. If I had known they would do that I would not have stayed here it was extremely unprofessional. Our room had no hand soap and drawers left open."
