"we were told they had a pool, not working. We were told the skywalk was available to get to the target center, we are two females and werent comfortable being in a city we dont know in the dark, this was THE ONLY REASON we chose this particular hotel, for our safety. When i checked in she informed me it closed at 5pm because they are connected to area business offices. SO WHY ADVERTISE YOU CAN GET TO A CONCERT THROUGH THE SKYWALK WHEN THEY CLOSE AT 5PM??? how many concerts do you know that start before 5pm? remove it! Seriously, the reason we booked this hotel was only because of that skywalk. We paid extra just for the skywalk! We could of found much cheaper! Then, city view...what a joke, we were against a cement wall!! And right below that was a pile of construction going on. This was a final straw, i called saying I picked a room specificly showing the city view! She told me to come back and she will give me a new room. So i gave her my key card from room 201 and she gave me the new one for 308. lol. Really?? And her EXACT WORDS WERE "this room is a city view room!" okay, lol lets see...Umm, there were now 2 windows, both facing a brown wall this time! 3rd floor, so how can you even think this is city view. I tried stretching and seeing if i could possibly see anything other than the wall, and I could see the very corner of the end of that building, against the next building! Not even one light from any building was seen! concert starts in an hour, took it."

"We enjoyed our stay! Upon arrival were greeted by super helpful and friendly staff who made us feel welcome. Our room was very clean and the entire property was nicer than expected. Only issue we found was that we expected our room to be cleaned after our first night but housekeeping did not attend our room but it wasn’t much of an inconvenience. I used the gym which was super nice and had everything you could need for a gym. Locker room and showers included was super unexpected and nice to see! Would definitely stay again!"

"My hotel stay was amazing. The only complaint I have is the confusion I encountered regarding the breakfast. I paid for breakfast in addition to the price for the room and no one could tell me where it pertained to or the budget I had. "
