"We have always stayed here when in Birmingham, and this was the first time we were disappointed. Our bathroom was not cleaned well at all… empty toilet paper roll, fingerprints and water spots all over the bathroom mirrors, dirty shower glass, and mildew on some of the shower grout. Then the next morning, they no longer have the restaurant available for breakfast. They have a coffee shop available, and suggest you walk next door to the Sheraton. The staff that was working were all very friendly."

Upon arrival I was told that the room I booked had been given away and was given a double queen room instead of the king. "The room was very clean and well stocked/furnished. I was able to cook full meals in the kitchen. You can hear everything that people are doing in other units at all times. "
