"Room was very clean. Right on the river was so nice! My unit was cozy but it was just me and it was great! All the bells and whistles - amenities were extra nice and updated- real fireplace, mini fridge, microwave and interactive phone - easy no contact check in and out . Parking right in front of door. There were two hot tubs on the property whic was very nice by the river I loved it and hope to return soon! Oh and the light show by the river at 8 pm! Great for kids. "

"Good place to stay for a weekend in Estes Park. Super helpful and friendly front desk staff and a fun game room made for a great stay. There wasn't a lot to the breakfast buffet, so we ended up eating out. We had a room issue that was quickly resolved with a room change which they were able to accommodate even on a very busy weekend. Our mattress was super comfortable!"

"Everything was great…except for the fact that I didn’t sleep a wink all night. There was a college sports team staying the same night that we did and they were so loud, seemingly having a party the entire night. I’m not sure if they were on the same floor as us or above us, but I could plainly hear everything they were saying, yelling, singing, etc. I understand that hotels probably make more money when they’re able to book blocks of rooms to schools like this, but some consideration should be made for other guests staying on the same night. "
