"This hotel would be suitable for people who like large, impersonal hotels! The housekeeping could have been more prompt and the car park wasn't easy to negotiate. "Very disappointed that Blue Badge holders were forbidden to use the disabled parking spaces , as they were reserved for able body conference attendees. Doesn't the government have legislation on this?? We have stayed in a number of hotels in Harrogate, and this is our favourite ( so far)."
