"Staff was helpful and friendly. Allowed us to check in two hours early without a fee. Restaurant and bar were closed for construction so super limited options on that front but lots of things nearby. Room was quiet, clean & cool. Parking is $12 a day and a resort fee of $25 a day. Free breakfast included. Pool was nice. A few people smoking cigars so I asked the staff to mention something and they did."

"The only bar at this hotel is at the pool and it is only open from 4 PM to 7 PM every day of the week. I found Tr Ass and empty beer bottles and cigarette butts all around our patio area where the bushes are right outside our door. I personally found this property to be subpar. For you paying more than $300 per night to stay there. The one highlight he did enjoy was the breakfast for it was served quickly by friendly people, especially Lela and Esther."

"The oceanfront room we had was very large, towels were sparse, we did not get a parking pass upon check in, breakfast was good but most areas were hard to navigate. Coffee, sausage & potato’s ran out but I didn’t wait for them to be replenished. The hotel sat right next to the airport but it wasn’t an issue. All in all it was a good stay but very pricey."

"Nice hotel. 5 days/4 nights stay. Free parking, but no free breakfast The room came with a fridge and a coffee maker, no microwave. 2 Restaurants in the property, but food is very expensive. Staff at check in don’t even smile at you, when they do it feels forced. Concierges were very nice. The shuttle to Key West is a great feature. One of the two pools was closed. The African American woman who worked the front desk all but our last day, was NOT helpful, was not friendly, bordering on RUDE!! in fact, she had her computer screen set up so that each time we approach the desk we couldn’t even see her face. Most of the time when I talk to her, I had to walk way to the side of her desk to see behind. We reported that the blow dryer wasn’t working in our room and she had the audacity to suggest...
