It is comfortable, close to soundproof and the restaurant downstairs has long hours and great food including gourmet coffee. A real winner in the heart of the magnificent mile. The only place that we stay while in Chicago."

"The hotel was clean and had nice amenities, and we appreciated the location. It was very easy to walk to the water front or museums, and there are bus and metro stops nearby for longer journeys. Our biggest gripe was that there was no way to access streaming services through the in-room TV, but that’s not a huge issue when there’s so much to do outside."
