"This is our second time staying at the sable and it was wonderful! The staff is amazing and friendly! The elevators were out and we got lost a couple times getting to our room, and every single staff member that we would run into each time was so helpful and kind in finding where we were supposed to go! The hotel is located in the center of anything you'd want to do or see in Chicago, being just a few blocks south of the Architecture River Tour, and across the intersection from Millennium Park and Cloud Gate/The Bean. "We booked the Royal Sonesta Downtown because it appeared to be one of the nicer and more convenient options in the area. At over $3,000 for three nights, we expected a much better experience.
