"Service at this hotel was excellent! Staff were pleasant and helpful and everything was taken care of - from the robe and slippers to the flat rate airport transportation. Location was excellent - reasonable walk to the city centre but far enough away to be quiet. For those looking for cooking facilities, the kitchen was well equipped. Loved this hotel!"

"This hotel was in the most lovely neighbourhood, surrounded by cute shops and cafes, and right near the most scenic bridges and canal views. The restaurant underneath the hotel was amazing, I had such a wonderful meal there! All of the staff at Hotel Callisto were so kind, friendly and lovely. I loved my stay so much!"

"The room was fine, however there is no breakfast and there is no cafe nearby. After 10pm when I arrived there was nothing open within one km radius from the property. Frankly it is too expensive for a junior suite style room without any hotel facilities whatsoever."

There was no balcony with our unit and the door opened directly into the open air which was terribly unsafe; a crack in the door patched with duct tape. Could have used more blankets as well. Overall, okay for the value. Easy access to train and bus and cute shopping area for coffee and food just one block away."

"The room was a loft and it was clean and quiet. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Ivan was extra helpful and getting everything arranged. Simple and efficient hotel. A couple of things to be aware of: there are steps up into the main area of the room, along with stairs up to the loft. Loved the bikes!!! They really make it easy to get around and enjoy the city.
