"What a delightful surprise. From the outside this hotel looks dated, not rundown, just dated as an old roadside inn, so it made us wonder if we had made a mistake. Far from it! The room was large and wonderfully modern with beautifully plastered walls, gleaming ceiling beans and wooded footstools at the foot of beds, which were perfect for our luggage while still allowing for ample walking space. "Rooms were poorly cleaned, breakfast had bad fruits, one of the rooms had blood on carpet and walls room smelt of smoke! All three rooms we had doors didn't close properly!"

"Front desk staff was totally incompetent. They botched my paperwork and now I'm fighting off possible identity fraud, in addition to a miserable stay. I was also within inches of being assaulted by a homeless man, when I was on the interior sidewalk next to the building. (I was able to get away safely.)"

"Most important to note is the lack of an elevator. There is a "lift" but it didn't seem to work and was terrifying. The staff was wonderful and the rooms were clean, but the place is quite run down. They are renovating though. The pool is basically in the lobby area creating a stifling humidity. "

"There were no towels in the bathroom and I had to go down to the front desk to get some. The shower head was too low on the wall that my boyfriend had to crouch down and the room was outdated. Everything worked though and it was somewhat quiet so overall it wasn't too bad."

The Left side of the Bed had a massive sunk in area, the right side was hard and had a lump in it. The Pillows were small flat and not supportive. Sleeping was miserable and hurt my back.
