"It's a very old building with only stairs but staff was more than pleasant adverse helpful. They bought our luggage up to our room and then even brought it back down I highly recommend this place."

"This bed-and-breakfast is wonderful. A very cute hotel with a very nice breakfast. The location is fabulous. Only a block away from the Portsmouth historical Harbour area which includes the Mary Rose Tudor ship Museum. Located across the street from the train, bus station, and the ferry terminal if you want to go to the Isle of Wight. It’s an adult only property so you have to be over 21 to stay there. I highly recommend it."

"Quick checkin, friendly staff and very nice breakfast. Plenty to choose from at the breakfast buffet. It was a perfect spot to stay overnight before catching a cruise from Southampton. Shopping center and many restaurants within walking distance too."

"The Copper Beeches is a 15 minute walk from the South Downs Way. I received a very warm welcome and my stay couldn’t have been better. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Thank you so much. "

"Had an amazing stay in tasteful and clean bedroom with comfy bed lovely Pillows and great bathroom. Lots of tea and coffee. Had dinner and breakfast in the pub and they were really tasty. Properly cooked bacon! Great wine list with lots of option. Really lovely beer garden and covered courtyard. Lovely staff. Also v close to Hambledon so a good base to visit there. Really recommend. "Lovely hotel. Clean room. Exceptionally warm welcome from Micheal. Being shown to the room is a lovely touch, rather than being pointed in the direction of your room. We didn't have breakfast, but will next time. Car parking excellent. We will definitely return to this hotel and hopefully enjoy the amenities, as this visit we were just staying for one night and didn't have time enjoy the splendour of the hotel."

"A lovely hotel and lovely staff. Great location. We are in the bar and food was excellent as well. There was a slight hiccup on our arrival due to a delayed ferry but the staff couldn't do enough for us after that. We will definitely return and recover.mend it to anyone"
