"I liked the cleanliness, the air conditioning & the fitness centre"

"Breakfast buffet is not worth paying for. There are great breakfast places nearby and the food is better. Didn’t really enjoy the dinner either, although the pisco sours were amazing. The vent in our bathroom had dust hanging from it and a new bath towel that was given to us had blood on it. The pool looked cool and there were amazing views, but the pool itself looked dirty. The staff was friendly and the location was good though."

"One of the new vest hotels I have ever stayed at. The amenities were fabulous, like cation is great. Staff was above and beyond, so friendly and helpful, phenomenal!! I would choose this hotel in Santiago and very time I visit."

"You get what you pay for. This is a functional hotel with small but clean and well-maintained rooms. The highlight is undoubtedly the location — it would be hard to find a better spot in Santiago. The surroundings are safe, public transport connections are excellent, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The atmosphere is quiet and pleasant.
