From check in to check out everything was top notch. Reception desk was very friendly and happy to help us with our needs. Pool and water slide were a big hit as well as the breakfast selection and friendly staff there as well. Room was very clean and was big enough for our needs.

Perfectly good hotel for our brief visit to Drumheller. The kids were disappointed that the waterslide was out of order, but they were actively repairing it, so not much you can do about that! The included breakfast was very convenient, and the hotel was nice and close to a grocery store and some other shops. It is located about 10 mins from the museum, which was great.

Its your average hotel when it comes to the rooms, breakfast and pool but what really makes this hotel great, are the staff members. I had mentioned we were coming to drumheller to celebrate my little guys 3rd birthday, and they went above and beyond to decorate our room with a Happy Birthday banner and birthday balloons. They even left him a cute little gift on the bed. It made this trip one to remember for not only him, but our entire family. Not only the front staff going above and beyond but the cleaning staff, and the lady running the breakfast nook were so kind, and all had warming smiles on their faces. Thank you SureStay Staff for another great stay, we will SUREly be back ;)

The hotel room was dated, but you can see that in the photos, so no surprise. It was clean. We were able to access the room from outside which was nice for my dad who has mobility issues. The waterslide was under repair while we were there, which was not an issue for us as we wouldn't have used it. The pool was heated and maintained a good temperature, even for adults, which was great because my 5-year-old spent a lot of time in there. The hot tub was large and very nice. The location was good as you could walk easily to fast food restaurants. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was simple.

Hotel is old and dated, but is kept quite clean in the common areas. Unfortunately our room had a somewhat unpleasant odor, most likely from the air conditioner that was on most of the time due to the heat outside. Our sink had not been cleaned as there were dried soap and toothpaste marks on the top portion of it, and a few hairs on the back of the toilet that wasn't ours. Tried the breakfast once and although we were there shortly after 9am, and breakfast was served until 10am, we were advised that they had run out of coffee? Not sure how that happens but we were given coffee pods and told we would have to make coffee in our room as there was no machine in the breakfast room. Also not a lot of bread and other options left, or any fruit, etc. Unfortunately there is not a lot of choice for hotels in Drumheller, so we made it work. Does the job if you need a place to stay. And the staff were all friendly and helpful.

Staff were friendly. Room was clean but dated. This hotel had a cute waterslide which my grandson enjoyed. The towels they supplied were REALLY SMALL. I would suggest bringing one from your room. The breakfast was a bit mediocre, but was included, and filled the gap. The hot tub, which we were all looking forward to, was not working properly, so was lukewarm, at best. It was close to a lot of restaurants within walking distance, and the attractions were all a short drive.

We found our stay to be especially enjoyable. We rented a suite for three nights. The room was clean and well stocked. The pool was functional and everything worked. Some parts of the hotel reflect its age, but nothing disrupted us in any way. The staff were what made the stay particularly enjoyable. Everyone was so kind and so helpful. We would absolutely stay here again.
