"Very basic accommodations. Bathroom was small and the tile soap dish had apparently broken off in our room, so there was no place to put soap or shampoo while ahowering. Breakfast was also very basic, but to have any breakfast is a plus. Rates were higher than I would expect at this type of place. Location was fine."

"Excellent staff. They were very polite and eager to assist us. The hotel was beautiful and well kept. The food from the hotel restaurant "Oxley House" was outstanding and their bar was perfect. This place has it all. We are definitely coming back for another stay and would highly recommend it to everyone."

"The room and bathroom were both clean. The bed was comfy and the staff were kind. It was close to the restaurant which had good food."

"Our room was extremely noisy. Every phone notification our neighboring room had was clear as day in ours. Every footstep above us banged loudly in ours. The smoke alarm in our room beeped periodically and the front desk staff told us they wouldn't be able to get to it until at least the next day. I would probably recommend staying elsewhere if you can."

"Very clean-- nice area to really relax. I just had to get a board to fit across right when you start up the ramp.cause a big hole. I had my special needs son with me so that wasn't safe for him. But everything was excellent. Oh need a handheld shower head. My son sitting on chair and it was very hard to wash him. He is 36. But loved the setup."

"The breakfast is the same as in most HI Express hotel, which I like the consistency. The beds were ok but too soft to my husband and son. Everything was well maintained and spotless."
