We had issues with our reservation with Expedia and the lady at the front desk was DELIGHTFUL and so helpful! And the next morning, the sweet lady who put out breakfast brought in home made goodies! Would totally stay there again..

The hotel is clean with an amazing staff and breakfast. It’s an older hotel it has some worn areas but still clean and nice. However— the parking lot is full of deep potholes so use caution when driving through.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Theresa was the best she was so nice as were the other girls. The only complaint is that we had planned on using the pool that's why we picked this hotel and the heater went on the pool so that was disappointing. Everywhere we went everyone was so nice and smiling. What a very nice city.

Surprisingly nice for a Hampton Inn, with clean and well-maintained rooms. Reasonably priced for the area. Many restaurants and shopping within short driving distance. You could walk to the mall but there's not much going on there.

Reception at front desk was very good. Basically, it’s the chain that should be ashamed of themselves for not updating. As I said before, any furniture that was holstered was filthy, including the sofa sleeper in my room. If I had a dog, I wouldn’t even let him sleep in it. There was no bedding for the sofa sleeper. I realize I could’ve called the front desk, but at that point I was too aggravated. I stayed there for two nights, never received a room cleanup, no new towels, etc. Most disgusting was the breakfast room. The floors needed vacuuming badly as there were food remnants scattered on the floor and around the tables. I will say the breakfast was very good though, and the young ladies that serviced that area were very pleasant. I am not a critical person. Usually, I see the best in everything I encounter, but this is an exception. I have traveled quite a bit in my life and know what is and isn’t acceptable. I believe corporate should randomly visit their properties and identify the faults so negative feedback will not influence people to question whether or not to stay at your properties. K. Gawel
