Even after govt’s suggestions not to checkout. They are asking their guests to leave the hotel. Not accommodating even in the current situation. Zera empathy from the staff members and hotel. They are money sucking machines

Lovely hotel. Stayed at the palm for the first time and really enjoyed it. Hotel staff were amazing and attentive to our needs.
