"We had a great time in the hotel, it’s just a few minute walk to the metro station. Rooms were nice, the cleaning was great. The only issue is with the front desk. they are rude and not nice at all. The one that was checking us in, wanted to swtich our room to a more basic one even thought we paid for a better one. Wasn’t helpful at all unil the manager was able to solve the issue. The rest of the front dest stack is just rude and not nice. Cleaning staff in the other hand are great ans...

"Estivemos hospedados no Hyatt por 9 dias e a experiência foi excelente. O hotel é muito bem localizado, próximo a estações de metrô e ônibus, o que facilita bastante os deslocamentos. O apartamento é amplo, bem cuidado e confortável. Embora a recepção seja bastante movimentada, com um pouco de paciência fomos muito bem atendidos. "I stay for the 18th dec to 23rd, at first we rent 1 room, the we rent 2 more rooms for the last two days because my family visited me. Our first room is Ok , but hot water needed to wait about 5 mins then it started to get hot, the noise of the night club next door was so heard from our room, I didn’t know because we stay at 4th floor, so its not far enough or what but. We clearly can hear the beat. Then when i try to pay for an early check in for my additional 2 rooms, they don’t let me but they said they will help, at the end they only can checked in around 2.00pm and same issue with the hot water and the noise"
