"Property is relatively new, very comfortable stay. There is free airport shuttle every hour, day and night. To start your day, breakfast is good and there are so many choices. Overall, this hotel really takes good care of its guests/customers."
Sofitel Dubai The Palm Resort & Spa

"Great stay at Sofitel The Palm for 10 days Service was excellent, buffet breakfast was nice but more options would be better after day 5 we were abit bored with the selection. Great ammenities on the property - but due to conflict and occupancy few restaurants were shut. The replay sports bar was great addition for the fifa matches but due to popularity was very busy could’ve been better layed out or another outlet could’ve played it too. The pools were nice on the hot days but again due to occupancy and conflict the one close to the apartment was only available on weekends - would be nice to have pool side drinks offered. The Spa was great we did the Hamam and it was such a good experience the ambience of the spa area was so nice and relaxing. The room it self was lovely having and kitchen and washing machine was so handy Overall it was a great stay thank you team !"

"Absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish! Check-in was incredibly smooth, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade what a way to start the trip. The property itself is jaw-droppingly beautiful; every corner is a masterpiece. What truly set this stay apart was the incredible service. The cleaning crew went above and beyond when I mentioned I wanted cold water, they immediately brought a mini refrigerator to my room without me even having to ask twice. Such thoughtful attention to detail! Dining was equally spectacular we had an unforgettable dinner at Carbone and enjoyed a perfect beachfront meal at Nobu. Both were 10/10 culinary experiences. I can't recommend Atlantis the Royal enough. We are already planning our return!"

"Fantastic stay at Dukes The Palm Dubai Hotel! The hotel was immaculate every corner spotless and clearly well maintained, which made such a difference to how comfortable we felt throughout our stay. The staff were brilliant. Friendly, attentive, and available 24/7 whenever we needed anything nothing was too much trouble. That kind of service really elevates a stay. Our room had a lovely balcony, a nice touch that added extra space to relax and take in the Palm Jumeirah views. Overall, a genuinely great experience on Palm Jumeirah. We’d happily stay here again and would recommend Dukes The Palm to other travellers looking for a clean, well-run hotel with excellent service."
