"The rooms are very clean, well appointed and maintained well. The staff are so helpful and will go out of their way to help. The food was excellent and the wait staff just wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel for a stay."

"What an absolutely amazing place. The staff cannot do enough for you and the place is beautiful. My only gripe would be that you have to pay for water with lunch and dinner. I can understand charging for soda or alcohol but I think water should be included. Apart from that first class"

"Having stayed here on numerous occasions previously, the hotel lived up to our expectations…we were treated to a free room upgrade which was appreciated. Our only issue was locating the free shuttle bus pick up in Terminal 3, instructions do need to be clearer but that’s a small point. Staff were great as per usual, will definitely use again"
