This apartment is in a perfect location right inside the city walls. It’s tucked away from the busy “main” streets so it is very peaceful. The room is very modern with nice amenities. The check in/out process was smooth and management was quick to respond. Overall, my girlfriend and I had a great stay and would highly recommend to others!

The apartment was small but clean. Staff quickly responded to messages and check in directions were clear and easy to follow. The location inside the walls is excellent- close to everything and easy access to tours/taxis. The towels were very rough and the shower leaked all over the floor. A bit disappointing that they were going to charge 20 euros per towel for rent ( 8 euros for the towel and 12 euros to deliver). We declined. We also were responsible for taking our garbage to the disposal bins outside the walls which we have never been asked to do in the past when renting a place.

La habitación estaba limpia, la ubicación está excelente para recorrer toda la ciudad caminando. Está cerca de estación de autobús y taxis… el personal es muy amable, se comunican contigo para estar al pendiente de tu llegada. Ofrecen café y galletas… en general está genial para hospedarte

The apartment was very clean and was equipped with most things we needed (although no kettle or toaster). It is a little small, especially with two cases to fit in the room but the location is great, within the Old Town and less than 5 minutes from many great eateries. Overall we had a great time here and thought the apartment was really good value for money!

Quarto completo, cheio de amenidades, utensílios de cozinha para fazer comida ou tomar café da manha no local. Quartos ideais para casais e muito perto, a 5min da rua principal ou a 8min da Catedral, dentro da Old Town, incrivel. Do aeroporto, o onibus/transfer deixa na entrada da Old Town e voce caminha no máximo uns 10min até o local com as malas. A escadaria é estreita, porem com jeitinho voce sobe os 4 andares e vale a pena.

Great location, modern, easy to access. Stairs only, no elevator. Would recommend this apartment. Will stay here again. We found a cab to take us to the airport from Pile gate . The cab drivers name was Alen Sarić, phone # +385 98 910 5747. Highly recommend him, he does tours as well to Montenegro and Bosnia. Before we found him other cabbies wanted to charge us 120 eu for 4 people with luggage. Allen has a nice Mercedes van and charged us 60eu to take us to the airport from Pile gate (old town).

Great location near Pile Gate. Very quiet with little traffic. Small but well appointed with lots of storage space. No onsite staff with communication through WhatsApp. Responses to questions were fast and detailed. The safe wasn’t working upon arrival but when we contacted them they sent Maintenance and got it fixed. We were in room 4 which is on the top floor and was 54 steps up a spiral staircase. There is no elevator so make sure you can handle this with your luggage. Room 0 is on the main floor with no steps. We were there for 8 days and housecleaning came after 4 days and cleaned and changed the linen’s

Lovely and clean and amazing location. Our fault for not realising the room was on the 4th floor and 50 steps up a spiral staircase (dodgy knees) but would still 100% recommend.

My accommodation was lovely and clean with a nice window with a view. The apartment was everything you need for a break away as location was perfect for the old town and transport. The steps to the apartment (4th floor) could be seen as difficult with a suitcase as there is a few of them winding up the building but well worth it and safe. Would recommend.

Perfect location and spotlessly clean.

Fantastic location inside the old city. Super quiet despite being so close to busy restaurants and outdoor cinema. Very comfortable. Only downsides : microwave placement a little high for easy use by a short person, such as me and couldn't work out how to operate the coffee machine!

This was our first time visiting Dubrovnik and this apartment was easy to check it. Great location. The room was clean but the size is a bit small. Overall, we like this place. Will stay at this apartment again.

Could not reccomend this property more for couples or solo travelers looking for a place to stay in dubrovnik. So clean, with great ammenities provided. Perfect location down a quiet street while still being a 5-10 minute walk max from all key locations in the old town! The staff were helpful and easily contactable via whatsapp/tect during working hours and offered clear guidance and information in advance. Really is a gem in this city!

Ich kann es nur empfehlen! Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Es war mit der Beschreibung plus google Maps sehr einfach zu finden. Die Komunikation war super, check in und check out verlief schnell und einfach. Konnten das Check out um eine Stunde verlängern was sehr nett war. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und modern. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die Lage war ideal, direkt in der Nähe vom Pile Tor.

The apartment was of a high standard. Very clean and plenty of space for a couple. The location in the old town was perfect, with all the bars and restaurants very close by. It was also only a short walk to the old harbour, Stradun and the Jesuit Stairs. I found the apartment very easy to find, even at night when I arrived. There were no steps to contend with while carrying luggage, which in the old town is a huge convenience. I would stay again

Muy cómodo y moderno

Un lugar muy cómodo , limpio y moderno . Además es de muy fácil acceso ubicado en el centro de Dubrovnik. Una ventaja es que no hay que subir escaleras para llegar, porque en otras ubicaciones que vimos , hay que subir muchas escaleras con maletas.

Really well located . If you are travelling with baggage there is perfect no stairs to up and down . It is close to the different restaurants and attractions . Easy to arrive .
