"Great place to stay. Staff was helpful and quick in responding to questions. Loved it."

"This place isn't really a hotel. It's a self-serviced rental unit with self check-in/check-out. I would not return, primarily because of the stairs. You have to carry your luggage up 37 steps on a public street, step over a 2-step threshold through a green door into the courtyard, climb 13 steps to the second floor, and then go up 7 more steps inside the unit. That is 59 steps total. I booked through Expedia expecting a traditional hotel with staff available to drop off bags. Instead, the key...

"Room was very small but manageable. However, there is no door or separation between bathroom and the bed. The tub is right next to the bed. The room is four flights up a stinky dark staircase."

"Hidden down a winding alleyway, but still close to the bus station and the port amenities. The land lady was friendly and offered advice on how to access various places nearby. "綺麗で素晴らしい寝室"

"Love the location. It is right in the old town, easy to walk around. However, because of that, it is not accessible by car. We have to walk from the gate carrying our suitcases. Also it does not have an elevator. The staff helped us to carry our suitcases up to 3rd floor. Even with these minor inconveniences, we loved our stay!"

"A very well maintained and clean apartment in the heart of the city, quiet and lovely views. Could use some towel hooks in the bathroom."
