The accommodation is cute and perfectly placed in the centre of the old town, The accommodation would benefit greatly from some basic info being available for stayers - for eg, no info on where the laundry was, or on how to use the music system (seemingly through an i-pad that required passwords we didn't have). The only info given was a wifi code and set of house rules.
Our experience of collecting the keys from the Pucić Palace Hotel was especially negative. The women on reception was very rude to us and not helpful at all. She said she didn't have our booking . We had to press for her to find it. Then she did (but no apology about stressing us out) and just gave us the keys. We had to ask where the property was and she just looked at us blankly. A man there (also a hotel employee) had to intervene and he showed us where it was. The main light didn't work and he said he's get housekeeping to sort it, but they didn't. We chased again the next day - again, a very rude response and no resolution. We spent the whole trip with very dim, low light. It's a shame because, other than all this, we had a lovely trip.
