The location is excellent, situated very close to the town center with a bus stop right outside. The owner is very friendly and provided helpful recommendations.

I'm a little large for many of the small shower stalls in Europe. But I accept it for the neat old rooms I get to stay in like this one.

Perfect for my quick overnight stop off, but equally it’s a place you could easily stay a week in. Awesome location, as close to the Old Town as you’re going to get without being in the walls. Great local connections with the buses & taxis only really short walk away. Rooms had everything you could want. Host was brilliant, due to my short stay I didn’t get chance to experience the full depth of his knowledge of the area. But I got the feeling it would be a perfect place to stay for a first time in Dubrovnik. Would 100% recommend.

This was a great property to stay at! Eddie was so helpful and showed us all of the good restaurants and spots to go to. He even let us keep our bags at the property until check in so we didn’t have to carry them around. The property is in a great location being a few minute walk to the Old Town and also the beach. The sea view room was beautiful with a view right out on the Adriatic. Overall great place to stay!

If you have a car, find another place. There is no parking here and the nearest free parking is a difficult 0.6 km walk away. Not easy to do with luggage. This hotel is located in the RESTRICTED Zone. If you drive there, you may subject to a fine of 1600 Euros. This happened to me and created a huge mess. I did not see any warnings about this on the site before booking and I did not have the most pleasant interactions with the owner after I had problems. I'll leave it at that. On the other hand, if you do NOT have a vehicle, then this location is excellent. They have invested in the rooms, as they are very nice (although our room was very small...not comfortable for two people, but we only stayed one night so it was ok).

Eddies Sea View Rooms is AMAZING!!! Eddie gave us lots of tips and was always so helpful and friendly! me and my Fiancé had the best stay here, if we’re ever back in Dubrovnik we’re staying here again! it was a perfect location if you want to explore the walls and the beach!

Edi is the sweetest. He starts your stay with a tour of your room and an explanation of how everything works. For the best view and room, ask for room 3…the bed is super comfortable!! He then gives you a tour of the city through a map, to help you orient yourself to the old city. You are literally steps from everything. Take Edi’s advice and do the walls early early in the morning and don’t skimp on his recommendation for pancakes (crepes) at Dolce Vita. Also heed his warning to not eat on the main plaza restaurants…there are plenty of hidden gems located up the alleys and stairs. Your girls from Canada had the best time!!

Je recommande sans réserve ce logement. Edi est super sympa, plein d'humour, nous a donné les bons plans et les pièges à touristes à éviter. La chambre n'est pas très grande, mais vue sur la mer c'est trop bon d'ouvrir les volets tous les matins...

Ubicación excelente a unos pasos del centro histórico. Eddie el dueño es una persona muy amable. El único detalle es que no hay elevador y hay que subir y cargar equipaje hacia las habitaciones.
