The hotel is a relatively new ( less than 3 years) built and the facilities are quite modern. It overlooks a bay with stunning views. We had a sea view room and enjoyed every bit of it. The hotel is located in Srebreno, which is about 20 minutes by road and 25 minutes by boat taxi from the old city of Dubrovnik. We went to the Old City by boat taxi and returned late by Uber. This hotel was a real find, spotless, friendly and helpful staff and absolutely stunning views. We had a room with a balcony which looked out over the sea which was amazing. We drove from Dubrovnik airport to the hotel then on to Split later in our stay so it was great to have free underground parking during our stay too. Bus stop right outside the hotel for a short 10-15 min bus ride into the town.

Room was amazing, fit and finish was up there with the best. Sea views are simply perfect (although garden view rooms looked a bit :( Food was some of the best in Croatia, although most visitors simply had room & breakfast. Only one surprise was that l was nearly charged for drink l didn't have when l was checking out. My suggestion - when customers are charged to their rooms they should always show their room key card with their room number as a proof . Good choice for visit to Dubrovnik or cruise terminal. Staff were helpful and efficient. We especially appreciated the pool guy who removed towels from sun beds if folk had reserved them but had not used them for half an hour or so. The breakfast was very good and plentiful and all the staff were very welcoming . Our room had a small balcony as requested and was very comfortable and quiet. Bus into the Old Town is close by, easy and frequent.

Tremendous views from the restaurant and cafe bar, very pleasant staff and chamber maids. Good food and nice selections at the bar of local beers etc. Swimming pools indoor and out. Excellent bus service to the Old town a 3A and a 3 takes you right there and back. Wished there had been tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Also we went to use the Jacuzzi and the water was very cold. Not what we expected.
