My kids loved that there was bunk beds . We didn't like that one person left there clothes in the washer &Dryer wet , So we had to go to the laundry mat to wash are clothes. We where disappointed about that .

Found black bugs crawling in morning; pool was ice cold; sauna - had trouble finding it as there was no signage, couldn't find light switch, and no idea how to run it; staff was friendly; booked a king room but asked for it to be handicap accessible - was told room we booked was on 2nd floor with no elevator so had to book a queen on main floor and rooms only have tub. After seeing bugs, we didn't try to eat breakfast there. Room did appear clean otherwise and was impressed that even the tv remote was in a plastic bag covering. We did figure out the air conditioner but again, was not that easy to run and it appeared to be on a timer as room got hot in middle of night. Did not sleep well although bed wasn't bad either. Also, several light bulbs in room were either missing or burned out. We did report to the hotel directly so hopefully they can fix some of these things!

Location was best part of this hotel. Pool was on the cool side. Pool room smelled heavily of chlorine. Breakfast left alot to desire. Room itself was ok althought toilet and sink did not work great, and shampoo and conditioner that was provided was empty.

Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Beyond that, the key system to access the room was terrible (we were warned). Though everything was is working order, the room's furniture is due for a refresh. The breakfast was the typical basic cold food options (plus waffles) with mediocre coffee. We passed on the food and went to Perkins.

Overall teh stay was a good experience. The reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 is the breakfast was disappointing. No protein options at all. Had waffles, biscuits and sausage gravy which were both good as well as cold cereal and breads. No eggs, meat yogurt or fruit was available on either day of our 2 day stay.

Nice comfortable stay

The room was clean and comfortable. It had everything that was that was mentioned in the listing. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast set up was better than I expected. The location was very easy to get to and close to everything that we would need.
