"The room was fine and there is parking for trucks/trailers and it is close to a Royal Blue trail entrance. My only complaint was the room keys. Everyone in our party had the same issues. The keys deactivated after you use them one or two times. We were continually having to go back to the front desk to get keys reactivated. It was frustrating when coming in from riding you’re dirty, tired, and ready to take a shower, and you had to go back to the front desk yet again for another key activation ."

"Roaches everywhere,and don't even let me get started on the bed bugs! Woman at front desk would not switch me rooms when I told her there was pepperoni pizza all over the chair and the floor was unreal with food crumbs all over the place she would not change me rooms then I got back to the room that's when I saw all the roaches coming out of the phones and the TV the dresser and then the bed bugs went back down around third shift and that guy was very nice and helpful and he traded me rooms but...
